2004 Venice Studio

Just a block off the bohemian boardwalk, Caprell exhibited from his studio in Venice, California. The surrounding artistic influences were an ideal backdrop to Caprell's work and provided opportunity for inspiration as manifested in his paintings of this period. His Serenity, Imagineration and E=MotionColor2 series were developed in this studio, clearly drawing upon the calm, yet spontaneous energy that surrounded him. Though he dedicated this time to painting, Caprell’s work gained attention and rapidly found its way into homes and private collections across the country.
